This weeks Blog is about ‘Goal Setting for Girls’.

I will discuss why Goal Setting when done ‘the girls way’ can make the process of ‘achieving your dreams’ a whole lot easier’ fun and ultimately, more results with energy to spare.

You may not know this girls but setting goals, goal achievement, career leadership, competition and success are all masculine traits. So, in the process of setting goals in the traditional manner, women are becoming  more like men in how we deal with life and careers.
