June’s Bliss Tip

This month’s Bliss Tip is about SENSUALITY!  How do you cultivate it,  live with it and use it so it becomes part of you… And how by sharing your ’sensual self’ makes others feel incredible too. The dictionary meaning of Sensuality is- Gratification of the senses, the state of being sensual, devotion to sensual pleasure.  It appears, over time, women’s sensuality has become extinct or politcally incorrect… Make no mistake, to live from your ‘foundation’ in complete pleasure, is an act of total power.

This month is all about developng your sense of SENSUALITY… Remember, sensuality on a basic level is ’gratification of the senses’, so in short, this means sensuality can be developed in many ways - via your senses.  Sensuality is a deep sense of connectedness  and groundedness with every aspect of you and everything  you do. 

It’s a total awareness of all you are. So here are a few tips to start developing your Sensuality ‘foundations’:  When you eat your next meal, feel the textures and tastes in your mouth, enjoy the aroma of your food and become aware of the way it makes you feel.  Everything you physically touch, again become aware of the textures, the feelings, is it soft or hard?  Move your body with volition, being aware once again of how it feels to move and touch with such awareness… When you develop your own brand of sensuality and own this significant part of who you are, you allow others to see the richness that is you.  Your partner will be mesmerized, your friends grateful and your colleagues serious about doing business with you because this level of unconcsious sensuality reveals your authenticity - a part of you that is Real and Raw…

Drink in the sensations of the incredible differences around you, how your environment looks so inviting, your partners warm musky scent and feel… Allow all of your senses be satiated and fulfilled. Notice that sensuality training is about taking everything around you that is beautiful inward and has nothing to do with sex - yet.  We’ll get to that at your Sealed Section Retreat….
