Bliss Tip October

This months Bliss Tip is all about getting clean and ready for summer. Summer is almost upon us and it’s time to prepare by taking care of your body. When was the last time you took inventory of what you are putting into your body? When was the last time you truly committed to exercising and shaping up? And what are you doing that nurtures your body from the outside, as well as the inside?
Here are some simple tips to get started and well on your way to feeling and looking great this summer…
- Drink plenty of clean filtered water (up to 3 litres a day)
- Detox and give something up that is not serving your health (coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, candy)
- Alkalize your body and balance your inner PH (lots of greens, no coffee, no alcolhol, dairy etc) read this great article from Vitale for more info on Body PH: http://vitaleblog.org/skin-care-diets/creating-an-alkaline-system
- Exercise 4 times a week
- Exfoliate your body skin at least once a week and moisturise with natural body butter or similar daily
- Condition your hair and use a face mask once a week
- Meditate and take some time out for you to regenerate your mind and soul
