Who is The GODDESS Retreat for?

It is for any woman who wants to celebrate being a REAL woman. Who wants a deeper level of intimacy in her relationships including herself. If you are a professional woman, you may need to find balance in your life by increasing your femininity and learning how to cultivate your Grrr Factor - relieving you of overwhelm and exhaustion. If you are a new mum and want to learn how to reconnect with your changing body and your changing relationship with your partner - The GODDESS Retreat is a must. If you are a single gal and want are looking for a partner, this could be the perfect way for you to release the past so you are more ‘open’ to being loved and more loving than ever before…

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely, in fact I recommend it because you will be sharing the whole weekend and it’s great to develop such fond memories with your best girls. Remember the retreat is only for an absolute maximum of 20 women, so it’s important to pay your deposit early to secure your space.

Are we going to get naked and run around singing Kuum-buy-yah?

There is no nudity - unless of course you want to - anything goes once we are ‘up the mountain’. There are some revealing elements to the retreat but nothing you can’t handle… And it promises to be incredibly fun and liberating, yet transformational and with the greatest intentions - You just have to trust me on this one…

Why is The GODDESS Retreat a secret?

Well, because of the intimate nature of the experience you will have ‘up the mountain’ we ask that the content be kept a secret so as to not have any preconceived ideas on what experiences you may have. The reason women attend is different from another and if you knew what was going to happen, you will be thinking about that, altering how you would play and the element of being Real and Raw and spontaneously yourself, is then removed. There is more power in the Retreat when it is confidential. The participants are asked only to talk of the benefits they received from attending and are asked to sign a disclaimer. You integrity in this matter is essential.

Are there courses for men available because my partner could really use this?

Yes we work closely with our Brothers and have an arrangement of offerings available for men. Check out our events page or stay tuned for more details.

Can I bring my own food, snacks, champagne?

Snacks and chocolates are welcome (especially if you intend on sharing with me). However, alcohol is not recommended. The reason is, this weekend I am taking you on a soul journey and alcohol inhibits your creativity, your openness and blocks your energy, your body then becomes very preoccupied in processing toxins. Best you have a clear mind and learn how to be ‘Real and Raw’ without it…. And we have plenty of food, you shouldn’t need snacks unless you have special needs.

Will I have to share accommodation with a woman I do not know?

Yes that is very likely. Rooms are of a shared nature. I expect that after the weekend, you will have great new friends who you will want to stay in touch with, the Retreat is very interactive.

I special dietary requirements, will I be catered for?

Yes, we will cater to gluten free and vegetarians and anything in between. Please let me know upon booking. You will be very well looked after with yummy treats to eat for each meal.

Absolutely.
